AS THE ARTIST, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE OR NOT RESPOND FOR ANY REASON I SEE FIT. Barring active work with you; I will do my best to not leave you in the dark! I do have anxiety though, so all I ask is for patience!

INVOICES MUST BE PAID 24-48 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING, AND BEFORE STARTING YOUR PIECE. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and you will lose your spot in the queue!

I WILL TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS IS NEEDED. If you have a deadline, don't be afraid to tell me! Otherwise, please be patient and keep an eye on the Trello if you want to see real-time updates. I do my best to work in a timely manner, however I am not a machine and need some time to recharge every once in a while! This is to ensure your piece is of utmost quality! I'll not do rush-jobs (unless again it's stated you need it by a date).

NO REFUNDS AFTER COMPLETION. If after completion you don't like the piece, that is your money wasted. I will allow minor tweaks and alts for your piece, but I will not do a complete overhaul unless you want to give me more money.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU WON'T GET A FULL REFUND UNLESS I HAVE NOT STARTED. You'll receive a refund equivalent of what I have not done, for instance if I have done half the work you'll receive half what you paid back.

EMERGENCY FUND REFUNDS: If I open commissions in emergency situations where I need a lot of money immediately or quickly, I will not be able to refund you at all, unless you want to wait quite a while. In situations like that I have to use the money immediately or soon, and thus will not have the funds to refund you until I'm certain I won't go bankrupt. I hope you understand; this will be a (hopefully) rare situation though!

DO NOT COMPARE ME TO ANYONE ELSE. If you wanted someone else's turnaround or style or anything, you should have went to them, not me!

PLEASE DO NOT FEED MY WORK INTO ANY AI!! I know saying this won't stop anyone. But a someone who prefers to give clients their clean unedited pieces, I would really hate to have to put any sort of filters over the pieces. If you're looking for something specific, just ask and we'll adjust your charge accordingly! Feeding AI is a waste of money, energy, and does a lot more damage than not.
